I feel like it is finally time to sit back and relax. It was such a busy weekend and we had an appraisal done on the house today. Thank goodness that is over! The kids were so cute helping out today! They actually asked if they could help! My Mom and her friend came over and helped me get things ready as I was a little overwhelmed by everything. I was following the boys around picking things up as they dropped them. I felt a ton better when they came and offered to take the boys outside. The boys had so much fun! They made a ramp for their bikes and were riding up and down the ramp! My mom’s friend has boys, so she knows exactly what little boys like! They even trimmed the bushes out back for me! How sweet! 🙂
I received the Children’s Place order today that I had told you all about. I was really excited! I believe I got 18 shirts and 2 pairs of shorts all for around $106 (shipping, tax and everything!) Not bad! Here is a pic of everything I ordered. Sorry for the glare, I had the windows opened letting light in and you can see it in the pic.
It is still early and the baby is asleep. He had a busy day today. He is still cutting his 1 year molars, although I think that hopefully the hard part will be over soon. He is funny to watch though because he follows me around saying Momma, Momma, Momma until I pick him up! He has become quite a little Momma’s boy. Since I haven’t posted about the weaning I guess I should give you a little update. He is doing great and does not nurse during the daytime at all. We are still nursing at night, and I’m not quite sure as to when he is going to be ready to give that up.
This week is going to be a pretty busy week for us as we are getting ready for our 2nd child’s birthday party. He is going to be turning 6 tomorrow! Time sure does go by in a hurry! I always thought my parents were crazy when I heard them say I needed to stop growing and slow down. Now having kids of my own I really do understand! We are having the birthday party on Saturday and we are hoping to go to Chuck E Cheese on Sunday. I’ll take lots of pics!
Well I am extremely exhausted once again. I hope to get out and about with the boys tomorrow. More to come on raising my 4 sons! 🙂
