- Take Breaks. When you are able to, try to take breaks so you are not standing on your feet for too long. This can not only help your feet, but can also help your back and hips as well.
- Put Feet Up When Sitting. If you are sitting for long periods of time, you may want to elevate your feet from time to time.
- Wear Good Insoles. Investing in a good pair of insoles for the inside of shoes can really help relieve foot pain and possibly prevent foot pain to begin with.
- Foot Soak. You can use a good foot soak at home after being on your feet all day. This can really help feet relax and alleviate pain.
