Did the title throw you off? As a parent, we sometime start talking like our kids might, and this was how I felt when I stepped on the scale this morning. My transformation was going great, up until this week.
Why did things change?
I got bored with the foods I was eating and I had temptation in front of me. Rather than search for new healthy foods, I turned towards the temptation. I’m human, it happens. However, I’m not happy about it. I plan to make this week and the coming weeks much better because I do NOT want to see the numbers on the scale going UP!
Do you set goals for yourself?
I do. I feel that is the only way I am going to accomplish what I have set out to accomplish. So, my goal for this week is to lose the pounds that I have gained back. I plan to exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY. Yes, no more excuses. It’s not hard to make excuses, but we must remember that we are only hurting ourselves when we make those excuses.
We must remember that WE are IMPORTANT and WE are worth taking care of and taking time to do just that. Now get your booty up and start shaking it! We have a ways to go, but together we can get there.
Thanks for following me on my weight loss journey with the Cinch Inch Loss plan. I can’t wait to show you all updated photos of my new body. I plan to show you how my old pants are fitting as well. Let’s just say that I have plenty of extra room in them. While this past week was not the best for me (because I slipped off of the diet a bit), I have still been doing great on the program, and have lost a ton of inches on my body!

Mandee, yes the title threw me off! Ha! Ha! I agree, it is easy to slide backwards and forget we’re important too! I know you can do this and its okay to have an off day or week – just get back on the horse!
