Today one of my #Cinchspiration girls challenged me to do 45 squats and 45 lunges. I’m not going to lie to you, I’m really bad about finding time to exercise. As a matter of fact, I’m pretty surprised I have lost so much weight so quickly on the Shaklee Cinch diet.
How much weight have I lost?
Well, I was stuck at 16 pounds for about a week. That’s when one of my Cinch pals put up a challenge, an exercise challenge. Now, I wasn’t fond of doing all of the squats Sadie was proposing we do, however I’m always up for a challenge and I couldn’t be the only one not competing! So, I did the squats. It wasn’t so bad.
Today Maribel asked us to do 45 squats and 45 lunges and I knew right away I was going to take her up on that challenge! As one of my other Cinch gals has stated, I wanted to make my fat cry! So, here you go, this is how a Mom of 5 boys works out (I’m sure many of you can relate!)

Did I mention that when I weighed in today I was down a 1.5 more pounds? That’s right, I have lost a total of 17.5 pounds in the 5 and a half weeks that I have been on the Cinch program.
