That’s right! We bought an investment property and we are busy making renovations. Most people cringe at the thought of doing renovations to a home, however we get excited and can’t wait to rip things apart and put them back together again! My boys had been BEGGING us to get another investment property. The time was finally right and the perfect property was right in front of us.
The property is a 1 1/2 story home with 1700 square feet. It was a bit of a mess when we got it, but with 5 busy boys, my husband and myself, we have been able to get busy and tear into things rather quickly. The 1 car garage (that’s the biggest we could do given the size of the property) just went up and boy was it a much needed addition! We can’t wait to show you the finished project!
For now, just know that we are busy, busy, busy, but we are here and will be posting updates soon!
