We Are MOVING!!!

As most of you know, we have been trying to sell our home. We started the boys in a private christian school this year and are hoping to move closer to the school. Right now I’m driving about 30 minutes one way. With our 4 year old being in preschool 3 days a week and with me helping out at the school I’m making the trip about 3 times a day–in a Suburban! So, you can definitely see our need to move closer to the school as fast as possible!

We honestly weren’t sure if we were going to be able to purchase another home without our current home selling first, however we have been truly blessed and a home just sort of fell into our laps. Just as we were thinking there was nothing out there that we could afford a bank owned home came on the market. It’s not quite as big as we are used to, however it does have an unfinished basement, which is always a plus.

We won’t be able to move in for a few more months as there is work that needs to be done and we are still in the early stages of getting the home, but we have come to an accepted offer/agreement and I couldn’t be more thrilled!

Our current home is still on the market. We continue to pray that it sells before we have to start making house payments on the new home.

In the meantime, we will be selling off some of our belongings so we can all fit comfortably into the new home. Maybe with the money made off of some of our stuff we can go shopping at a store that has a nice selection of comfortable mattresses. My husband has had back problems for what seems like forever! While it is going to cost quite a bit more money, I’m actually quite thankful that we aren’t allowed to do any of the work on the new home. He needs to give his back a little rest.

I will continue to bring you great content, however if I slack in updates about my family, please forgive me and know that I’m just super busy!
