I have been trying to eat healthier lately. Not only do I want to do this for myself, but I want it for my children as well. One of my favorite healthy lunches to make are wraps! We LOVE wraps! There are so many different things you can do with a wrap. Today we had veggie wraps for lunch…YUMMY!
We used High Fiber/Low Carb Whole Wheat Wraps (These are also really yummy on the Tomato/Basil Wraps)
Lay tortilla shell(wrap) flat on a microwave safe plate, or in a skillet if you are heating that way.
Place your veggies inside the wrap.
We use Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Green Onions (You can add whatever you like.)
Top veggies with cheddar cheese and ranch dressing
Heat in microwave or on stovetop until cheese is melted and ENJOY!
If you do not like ranch dressing you could use mayo or do without the dressing.
