Wildtree is a company that was founded in 1996 to help families enjoy great tasting and nutritious meals that can be prepared in minutes. In 1999 Wildtree launched as a party plan company and gained local acclaim.

We were sent a bottle of Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil from an Independent Wildtree Rep, Amanda Popp. The oil can be used a number of different ways.

This oil adds a subtle garlic flavor to any recipe that calls for garlic. Wildtree claims that it is delicious in salad dressings, marinades and fried seafood. You can also brush it on steak, fish and pork before grilling.

I have to say that I agree about it being delicious in salad dressings as well as on pork, but I also think it is great on chicken! Anything you would think of putting garlic on you can substitute with the Roasted Garlic Grapessed oil.
