If you are like me you’ve been seeing the trending title of “Into the Woods” on social media, yet you’ve not taken the time to really check out this movie everyone is speaking so highly about. That’s okay, I’ve finally sat down and taken the time to check it out and I’m about to share it with you now. (You’re welcome!)

What is INTO THE WOODS?

“Into the Woods” is a modern twist on some of the best fairy tales that we all know and love. It gets better though because “Into the Woods” is actually a musical filled with humor and compassion.

The characters in the movie include Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk and Rapunzel and they are all tied together by an original story involving a Baker and his Wife and their wish to begin a family. You’ll see their interaction with a Witch and learn all about the spell (curse) she has put on them.

You will recognize many of the stars of this movie including: Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, James Corden, Anna Kendrick, Chris Pine and Johnny Depp.
